Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the six6x platform, including the website accessible at six6x.vu, all associated games, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and six6x (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service provided by six6x, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform in any way. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the six6x Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements before registering. six6x reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to close any account that cannot be verified as compliant.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You must be a resident of or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which using online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. Providing false details at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of six6x, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not hold more than one registered account with six6x at any time, regardless of the identity or payment method used to create any additional account.

Account Registration and Security

To access the games and services available on the six6x Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided at the time of registration and for keeping that information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. six6x will never ask you to provide your password via any channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to six6x support immediately.

• You must notify six6x support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds within it to any third party.
• All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them, unless you have notified six6x of unauthorised access.
• six6x reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending resolution.

six6x accounts are personal to the registered holder. Playing on behalf of others, sharing accounts, or allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Deposits and Withdrawals

six6x processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through approved mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad and Rocket, and via selected bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and other approved institutions. six6x reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels at any time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no set maximum for standard deposits; however, large transactions may be subject to enhanced verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the six6x account holder. six6x does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• six6x reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

Players are responsible for any fees or charges that their mobile network operator or bank may apply to transactions. six6x does not deduct transaction fees from player deposits or withdrawals on its side; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside six6x's control.

Bonuses and Promotions

six6x offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by creating multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn.
• six6x reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where these Terms or the specific promotion terms have been breached.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering process.
• Players who use VPNs, proxy services, or other methods to mask their geographic location for the purpose of claiming bonuses not available in their actual jurisdiction are engaging in bonus abuse and their accounts will be closed.

Where six6x determines that a bonus was claimed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms, six6x reserves the right to reverse that bonus and any winnings generated from it, regardless of whether those winnings have been credited to the player's account balance. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or calculated should contact six6x support via the in-platform live chat.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the six6x Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between the rules displayed and these general Terms, the specific game or market rules shall apply. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or market before placing funds.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. six6x does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except in cases of a proven technical error on the Platform's side.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant minimum period of play has been completed, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• six6x reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to, incorrectly displayed odds, prices, lines, or payouts.
• Winnings from games and sports markets will be credited to the player's account balance automatically upon settlement. For live in-play betting markets, settlement occurs once the relevant outcome has been officially confirmed.

six6x makes no representation or warranty that the sports data, scores, or event results displayed on the Platform are accurate or complete. Official results from the relevant governing body shall be used for settlement purposes. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of six6x is final, subject to our formal dispute resolution process.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

six6x is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game systems, including taking advantage of incorrectly displayed odds or game payouts.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including match-fixing arrangements of any kind.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, false dispute claims, or any other attempt to recover deposited funds through channels other than the Platform's official withdrawal process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.

Account Suspension and Termination

six6x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, where any of the following applies. In the case of voluntary closure by the player, the player should contact six6x support via in-platform live chat to initiate the account closure process.

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• six6x has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with the account.
• The account holder has been found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools, in which case closure is implemented immediately and irrevocably for the requested period.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any pending bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the account holder via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Responsible Gaming

six6x is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Platform. • Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Time-out: players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a time-out period the account is inaccessible for all gaming and betting activity.

The full details of how six6x collects, uses, stores, and protects player data are set out in the six6x Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

six6x uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between the player's device and our servers. Player account credentials are stored using industry-standard security practices. six6x does not sell player data to third parties. Where data is shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors or KYC verification services), it is shared only to the extent necessary for the provision of those services and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the six6x Platform, including but not limited to the six6x brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other material displayed on or accessible through the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of six6x or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of six6x. Unauthorized use of any Content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6x, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and under whatever theory of liability, even if six6x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. six6x does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. six6x makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, or data available on or through the Platform.

Changes to These Terms

six6x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players of material changes via the in-platform notification system or by email to the address registered on the account, though we are not obligated to do so for minor changes or clarifications.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent six6x from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
